Exchange policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items. If you wish to do so, we recommend that you return the product to us and then order the correct one from us.
For defective products:
If the product is faulty, damaged during transit, or otherwise defective, there will be no return shipping costs.
If I want to return the item(s):
If the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or it no longer wants to have it, the customer will bear the actual costs of the return shipment and the return receipt.
